The hotel is located in a quiet zone of resort Playa de las Amerikas, at 150 m from the beach. In the hotel there is a restaurant with buffet, 4 bars, 3 pools with fresh water (1 with heating in the winter), children's pool, shop, hairdressing salon, mini-club for children from 2 till 14 years, a car hire and exchange. In two 5-storeyed cases 279 rooms, from them 6 suites with one bedroom and 273 double rooms (27 % from them - have very nice views into the ocean) were placed.
